| GLACE ASSOCIATES, INC. employees have been Environmental Engineers and Consultants in the Harrisburg/Camp Hill area since 1983 and have a full spectrum of experience in the planning, design, operation, construction management, administration and financing of civil, environmental, facilities, sanitary, solid waste and water resources engineering projects for both municipal and private clients.
GLACE ASSOCIATES, INC., employing 16 engineers, designers, planners, draftspersons and support technicians, is large enough to support all of your municipal needs but small enough to provide you with efficient, dedicated, personalized attention. Each project, regardless of its size, receives full consideration by all necessary staff members, from preliminary formulation to finalization.
The company is equipped to prepare fiscal reports for municipalities establishing bond issues to finance projects, utility costs, assessments and other charges required for debt service on the bonds, and have many years of experience relative to United States Environmental Protection Agency grants, United States Department of Agriculture - Farmers Home Administration – R.U.S. grants and loans, PennVest funding, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), and other governmental grant and loan programs. We also provide continuous service on an annual basis for the supervision of facilities and operation of completed projects. In addition, we have extensive experience in providing litigation support services at the federal, state and local levels.
