Company Profile

Glace Associates was organized in 1983, succeeding Glace & Glace dating back to 1936, and E H Bourquard Associates. With a special emphasis in water, wastewater, site and environmental engineering, we have helped municipal and private clients throughout Pennsylvania complete hundreds of projects meeting community and development needs, on time and within budget.

We employ over 15 engineers, designers, planners, certified operators, drafters, and support personnel in three strategically located offices. Our staff has over 200 years of combined experience in all types of engineering projects, dealing with federal, state, and local agencies, addressing special requirements relating to your individual needs.

Our people have broad experience with planning, design, construction management, operation, maintenance, administration and financing. We don't have a fancy website with downloadable project videos, we just get your job done. With our low overhead and willingness to work with multiple agencies, we offer sensitive service, cost-effectively.
